Apple has just pushed out iOS 5.1 for iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPad 1, iPad 2, iPad 3, iPod Touch 4. iPod Touch 3 with some bug fixes and improvements. Changes in iOS 5.1 include:
- Japanese language support for Siri (availability may be limited during initial rollout)Below are the direct download links for iOS 5.1.
- Photos can now be deleted from Photo Stream
- Camera shortcut now always visible on Lock Screen for iPhone 4S, iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS and iPod touch (4th generation)
- Camera face detection now highlights all detected faces

- Genius Mixes and Genius playlists for iTunes Match subscribers
- Audio for TV programs and films on iPad optimized to sound louder and clearer
- Podcast controls for playback speed and a 30-second rewind for iPad
- Addresses bugs affecting battery life
- Fixes and issue that occasionally caused audio to drop for outgoing calls

If your device is already on iOS 5.0 or 5.0.1, you can simply head over to Settings >>General >> Software Update to update to iOS 5.1
Note: If your device relies on jailbreak or unlock, DONOT upgrade to iOs 5.1.
